Manchester United superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has told the new manager, Erik ten Hag to give the club's youngsters a chance to shine.
The legendary Portugal superstar, also said he was ready to offer advice to any youngster who may seek it.
Former Ajax boss, Ten Hag is already in charge at Old Trafford after being brought in to take over from Ralf Rangnick.
And Ronaldo told the club's official website that the new boss should give the younger players the opportunity to develop, adding that they are the future of the club.
"I'm in favour that we should give opportunities to the young generation because they will be the future," Ronaldo said
"You have to give them time, the opportunity, and let them grow in a normal way without pressure.
"But of course, if the kids ask me for advice, I will give my opinion and advice because I want to help," he said.
Ronaldo said the younger players must understand that success has some sacrifices to pay, urging them to work hard, have work ethic and be dedicated.
