Former England international, Ian Wright, has noted that Cristiano Ronaldo is exactly the player that Arsenal need.
Wright said this after Ronaldo scored a hat-trick on Saturday to help Manchester United beat Norwich City 3-2 at Old Trafford.
The same day Arsenal lost 1-0 to Southampton as they struggled for goals, but the Portuguese legend won another match for Manchester United.
Arsenal have been finding it difficult to score goals of late in general; the Gunners have just two goals in their last five Premier League matches, four of which they have lost.
And Wright bemoaned the lack of a player like the former Real Madrid and Juventus superstar at Arsenal.
"He [Cristiano] has got 13 points alone from winning goals that he's scored for them. That's what you get at Man United," Wright told Premier League Productions.
"That's exactly what Arsenal need, because if he wasn't playing for United, they'd be nowhere near where they are.
"That's what you pay for and that's what he's delivered, he's amazing," he added.
