Manchester United legend, Wayne Rooney, has snubbed Cristiano Ronaldo and named Carlos Tevez as his all-time favourite Red Devils' teammate.
Rooney, who is currently the manager of Derby County, played alongside Ronaldo and Tevez among other attackers during his time at Man United.
When asked by SPORTbible who his favourite player to play alongside was, Rooney, who did not mention Ronaldo, said: "Tevez. I just loved our connection.
"The two of us upfront, we complimented each other really well.
"Normally, if I played with Louis Saha, Ruud van Nistelrooy or Robin van Persie - these strikers were always the No.9 and I would play as a No.10.
"With Tevez, we could rotate, I would be the No.9, he'd take the No.9 spot and I would be No.10. When we lost the ball, we would be like two bulls trying to get it back.
"As a strike partner, he was the one I enjoyed playing with the most."
Rooney linked up with Tevez from 2007 to 2009 after the Argentine signed on a two-year loan deal from West Ham.
