Former Chelsea midfielder, John Obi Mikel and Barcelona striker, Asisat Oshoala have reacted to Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo's move to a new club, Al Hilal.
Ighalo on Saturday confirmed his move to Al Hilal from Al Shabab.
The former Manchester United star, writing on his verified Instagram account, said: "Thank You @AlShababSaudiFC it was a Pleasure."
The 32-year-old has agreed on a deal with Al Hilal until June 2023.
"Welcome the 'Eagle', Odion Ighalo," the tweet from Al Hilal read, accompanied by a graphic image of the Nigerian in his club's colour.
Reacting, Mikel Obi, who played alongside Ighalo in the Super Eagles, 'liked' his post on Instagram.
On her part, Oshoala wrote: "This man .....Anywhere you go, we go follow u enter."
Ighalo joined Al Shabab in February 2021, after signing a two-and-a-half-year deal.
