Former Arsenal and Barcelona striker, Thierry Henry is being considered as the next Bordeaux manager, according to RMC.
Henry has not held a top job since leaving Montreal Impact in the MLS.
Before that, he was in charge at Monaco, but was sacked after just three months.
He is currently an assistant to Roberto Martinez with the Belgium national team, but could return to day-to-day management.
Bordeaux have struggled this season and are second from bottom in Ligue 1 with just 17 points.
As a result, current manager Vladimir Petkovic faces an uncertain future and the club President, Gerard Lopez believes Henry is an ideal candidate to replace him.
