Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes has responded to the speculation linking him with a move to Barcelona.
Fernandes rubbished a rumour as he became the latest Manchester United player to squash reports of unhappiness in the camp.
The midfielder has enjoyed two excellent seasons with the Red Devils but the third has proved more difficult for him.
The Portugal international has scored just once in his last 14 Premier League outings this season.
There have been reports of bad blood among players at Old Trafford following a series of bad results, including the latest defeat to Wolves at Old Trafford.
Portuguese outlet SPORT TV had reported that Portugal midfielder Fernandes had been offered to Barcelona.
But the 27-year-old has shot down the rumour in spectacular fashion, comparing it to an April Fools' joke.
Responding to SPORT TV's post on Instagram, he replied: "And I thought the new year only started a few days ago, yet we're already on April 1! Or is this once again just bad journalism?"
The former Sporting Lisbon midfielder has struggled to find a place in new boss, Ralf Rangnick's 4-2-2-2 formation.
