Manchester United have reportedly shortlisted two players to solve Ralf Rangnick's midfield problem.
Sky Sports reports that the two players are Marseille's Boubacar Kamara and Wolves' Ruben Neves.
Man United are open to bolstering their midfield this month if a long-term target becomes available.
The report added that Newcastle and AS Roma are also interested in Kamara.
Kamara is able to discuss terms of a pre-contract agreement with clubs outside of France.
Manchester United meanwhile, are plotting a £35million bid for Neves this January.
Neves has just two years left on his contract with Wolves and recently spoke about his desire to play Champions League football.
The 24-year-old could be tempted by the allure of playing for a club of Man United's stature.
