Woli Arole, a Nigerian comedian and MC whose real name is Oluwatoyin Bayegun, has shared some nerves-calming advice to those who allow themselves pressured by activities on social media.
Amid Woli Arole's advice, it is worth noting that depression and anxiety are said to be the new challenges thriving off social media, with the pressure to excel and share successes on social platforms now being defined by the society as a must.
According to MC Woli Arole, who shared some advice to his followers on the anomaly, "There are people that are doing well in LIFE with less than 1000 followers on social media platforms."
On Instagram, he added: "People are now moved by what they see here, followers and all. See let me be sincere there are people that are doing well in LIFE with less than 1000 followers, some are not even on Social media at all. More reason I value and I appreciate everyone. The world here is "PERCEPTION", the world here is "MAKE BELIEVE". Many people look RICH online and very BROKE real life. Stop tensioning yourself with SOCIAL MEDIA. Live your life to the best you can."
