Antonio Rudiger has been offered a whopping £400,000-a-week deal to leave Chelsea.
The German defender is entering the final months of his current deal with the Blues and will be free to talk and reach contract agreement with foreign clubs from next month onwards.
Thomas Tuchel's side had hoped to persuade the German international to extend his stay, but are increasingly resigned to losing him.
Chelsea have made an offer believed to be worth around £140,000-a-week but the defender felt he deserved a much bigger salary on par with the club's highest earners.
The Daily Mail reports that tentative early talks have made it clear that Rudiger's suitors are prepared to offer him as much as £400,000-a-week including bonuses and add-ons.
Rudiger has had interests from Juventus, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid and the 28-year-old would cost around £70million.
Real Madrid are said to be leading the chase for Rudiger and he already has an 'informal agreement' to move to the Bernabeu.
Manchester United and Tottenham are also reported to be interested in signing Rudiger from rivals Chelsea.
