Former Arsenal star, Perry Groves, has said Manchester United stars, Cristiano Ronaldo, Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes think they are bigger than Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the club's manager.
Groves also claimed Solskjaer was out of ideas, adding that it is 'an embarrassment if the Norwegian keeps his job following the 4-1 defeat at Vicarage Road on Saturday.
Josh King and Ismaila Sarr gave the home side a 2-0 lead in the first while Joao Pedro and Emmanuel Dennis finished off the game late in the second half.
Donny van de Beek had given the visitors a lifeline but just as they started to build pressure, Harry Maguire's was given a red card for two reckless challenges which killed any hope of a comeback.
The Red Devils have suffered humiliating defeats against Leicester City, Liverpool, Man City and now Watford, and Groves believes it is over for the former Manchester star.
Groves said, "I can't believe he's lasted this long," Groves told talkSPORT.
"He's taken Man United as far as he can, he's out of his depth tactically, there are three players there that think they are bigger than him which is Ronaldo, Pogba and Fernandes, Groves told talkSPORT.
"Ole Gunnar Solskjaer isn't an elite manager and I would say he probably wouldn't get another job in the Premier League.
"If he survives then that's embarrassing for Manchester United."
