EPL: Everton star, Richarlison escapes FIFA ban

The Brazil Football Association has decided not to add Everton star, Richarlison among the eight Premier League players restricted by FIFA from playing this weekend.

The South American country had requested that the world football governing body invoke the five-day rule, which means Premier League stars such as Thiago Silva (Chelsea), Fred(Man United), Ederson and Gabriel Jesus(Man City) and Raphinha(Leeds) Alison Becker, Roberto Firmino and Fabinho (Liverpool) will not take part in this weekend matches.

Liverpool tackles Leeds on Sunday while Manchester City will have a date with Leicester City earlier on Saturday.

While Chelsea and Manchester United face Aston Villa and Newcastle respectively, the clubs will be without their Brazilian players except for Everton.

Metro UK reports that Everton star, Richarlison will play for his club this weekend due to the country FA's positive relationship with Everton.

They considered the fact that Everton allowed the forward to play in the Copa America and the Olympics this summer.
