Arsenal have offered two players to Inter Milan in a bid to sign their forward, Lautaro Martinez.
According to Pete O'Rourke on the Football Terrace podcast, the Gunners included Hector Bellerin and Alexandre Lacazette in a player-exchange deal that would see the duo move to the San Siro and Martinez to the Emirates.
Inter will only accept a £65million straight-cash offer and do not want either of the players.
Martinez was impressive for Inter Milan last season.
The 23-year-old Argentine scored 17 goals for Inter Milan last season as they won their first Serie A title since their all-conquering 2010 side.
It's unclear whether Arsenal would be prepared to pay the fee upfront, having just spent £50million to sign Ben White from Brighton this season.
