New Manchester City signing, Jack Grealish, has said that he cannot wait to get started after joining the club from Aston Villa on Thursday.
We reports that Grealish becomes the most expensive English player after joining Man City from Aston Villa for a British record £100million on Thursday evening.
The 25-year-old, who signed a six-year deal, will wear the No. 10 shirt worn by Man City legend, Sergio Aguero, who moved to Barcelona weeks ago.
He had spent eight seasons with Aston Villa, during which he scored 32 goals, made 43 assists in 213 appearances.
"I'm incredibly happy to have joined Manchester City," Grealish told Man City's website after joining the club.
"City are the best team in the country with a manager considered to be the best in the world - it is a dream come true to be part of this club.
"Over the past ten seasons, they've won major trophies consistently. Pep [Guardiola]coming here has taken them to the next level and the football this team plays is the most exciting in Europe. To play for Pep and learn from him is going to be special and it is something any top footballer would want.
"The facilities are amazing, and I honestly can't wait to get started, meet everyone and get playing."
