Manchester United midfielder, Donny van de Beek, has finally decided to stay and fight for his place at the club despite being offered to Barcelona this summer.
Van de Beek has endured a tough start to life at Old Trafford since joining Man United from Ajax for £34million last summer.
He made just 19 Premier League appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side last season.
As a result, the Netherlands international has been linked with a number of top European clubs in Spain, Italy and Germany this summer.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, Barcelona have been offered the chance to sign Van de Beek this transfer window.
The LaLiga giants were interested in the playmaker and even considered offering centre-back Samuel Umtiti as part of the deal, but Van de Beek's stance has now put the Catalan club off.
Van de Beek is said to be keen on remaining at Man United to fight for his place and prove himself in the 2021/22 Premier League campaign.
