Italy captain, Giorgio Chiellini, has claimed he put a "curse" on England youngster, Bukayo Saka, before his decisive penalty miss in the Euro 2020 final on Sunday.
Saka saw his effort saved by Gianluigi Donnarumma, ensuring Italy won the European title after the two teams remained level on 1-1 after 120 minutes.
Just before the Arsenal star took the kick, Chiellini screamed "Kiricocho!"
It is a word that's been used by footballers for decades to impart bad luck on the opposition.
Responding to a question from ESPN, Chiellini responded in Italian: "Hello Christian, I confirm everything! Kiricocho!"
A video from UEFA also shows the Juventus defender shouting the word just before Donnarumma's title-winning save on Saka.
