Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, has shortlisted four managers to take over from Zinedine Zidane.
Zidane stepped down from his role as Real Madrid manager a few days ago.
The Frenchman, who is one of Real Madrid's successful managers in their history, led the Los Blancos to finish the 2020/21 season trophyless.
According to COPE, Perez has now drawn up a four-man shortlist of managers to succeed Zidane at the Santiago Bernabeu, comprising Mauricio Pochettino (PSG), Antonio Conte (Free agent), Xabi Alonso (Real Sociedad B) and Raul Gonzalez (Real Madrid Castilla).
Pochettino is currently the manager of Paris Saint-Germain. He joined the French Ligue 1 giants in January.
Conte, who led Inter Milan to win this season's Serie A title, is currently without a club after he left Italian giants Milan some few days ago.
Alonso and Gonzalez both have an esteemed history with Real Madrid and presumably a strong relationship with Perez and Zidane
