Chelsea striker, Tammy Abraham has told the club's manager, Thomas Tuchel that not playing in the FA Cup final defeat to Leicester City 'hurts.'
The England international, however said the club still have 'unfinished business' this season, being their Champions League final against Manchester City and Premier League top four battle.
The 23-year-old was left out of Thomas Tuchel's 20-man squad for Saturday's showpiece at Wembley.
This is despite being the club's joint-top scorer this season on 12 goals across all competitions.
Abraham's girlfriend, Leah Monroe, had slammed Tuchel prior to kick-off at Wembley for leaving her partner out of the squad.
Leicester defeated Chelsea 1-0 to claim their first ever FA Cup trophy courtesy of Youri Tielemans' stunning second-half strike.
Abraham admitted the result 'hurts' as he thanked fans for their support. "It hurts but we still have unfinished business," the striker tweeted.
"Thank you for your support, good to have you back."
Asked if Abraham was not a player for him after the defeat, Tuchel told Stadium Astro after the FA Cup final defeat: "No, it's just hard decisions on a matchday when you can only nominate 18 players."
