Leicester City boss, Brendan Rodgers has waved aside the comparisons between defensive midfielders, Wilfred Ndidi and Chelsea star, N'Golo Kante.
Kante helped Leicester City win the Premier League title in 2015-2016 and was snapped up by Chelsea the following season.
During Leicester City's 2-1 win against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Tuesday, Ndidi and Youri Tielemans were introduced in the second half and their presence changed the game in favour of Brendan Rodgers side.
And speaking about the growing comparison being drawn across the media between the Nigeria International and the Frenchman, Rodgers told reporters, "No, I think he's Wilfred Ndidi, I think Kante has got special skills, and he's a defensive midfield player of course like Ndidi but they're two totally different players.
"Wilfred in his own right is a top class player who can improve in some areas of his game but thankfully he's a player that wants to develop.
"But yes that combination of Wilfred winning the ball, Youri is the passer, is a really strong combination."
