Roma's new manager, Jose Mourinho, is looking to raid the Premier League as he prepares for life with the Serie A side, according to Corriere Dello Sport.
Mourinho landed the job, only weeks after he was sacked by Tottenham Hotspur.
However, the 58-year-old has already handed a list of players he wants to the club's sporting director Tiago Pinto.
Mourinho will insist on bringing in players that suit his favourite 4-2-3-1 formation.
He is planning a raid on Spurs and it is believed he is eyeing Eric Dier, who he nailed down as a defender in north London.
Mourinho is also a great admirer of fellow Tottenham star, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who at 25 years of age is regarded as a good purchase due to his physical and technical ability.
The Serie A outfit is also in the hunt for a midfielder and is considering a move for Manchester United's Juan Mata, who is set to become a free agent in the summer.
Mourinho worked with the Spanish midfielder at both Chelsea and United.
