Champions League: Real Madrid set to earn €100m after Liverpool win

Real Madrid's qualification for the Champions League semi-final, could see the club potentially make up to 100 million euros in revenue from the competition.

Los Blancos qualified for the last four, thanks to a 3-1 aggregate win over Liverpool.

The group stages saw the Spanish giants bankm 56.2 million euros.

Real stand to make a further 40 million euros from TV and other commercial avenues.

The income will be a big boost for the club, given the huge hole left by the lack of fans coming to games.

Including the upcoming visit of Chelsea for the semi-final tie, Real Madrid will have played six games at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano in the Champions League this term, with no gate receipts.
