Former Super Eagles attacker, Victor Moses, has named his parent club, Chelsea as best positioned to win this season’s Champions League.
Moses, who is on loan to Spartak Moscow from Chelsea, noted that the Blues are doing very well this season.
Chelsea defeated FC Porto 2-0 in the first leg of the quarter-final of the competition, giving themselve a huge advantage going into the second leg slated for next week at their neutral grand, Sevilla.
The Blues have been in fine form since the coming of Thomas Tuchel as a replacement for Frank Lampard who was sacked in January following a series of poor results.
“Chelsea they are doing very well at the moment. Hopefully they can go all the way to win the Champions League,” Moses told Spartak Moscow’s YouTube channel.
“It’s not going to be easy, I wish them all the best.”
Chelsea last won the Champions League in 2012 with the likes of Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, John Obi Mikel, Fernando Torres, Petr Cech, Jose Bosingwa, David Luiz, Garry Cahill, Ashley Cole, Solomon Kalou, Ryan Bertrand and Juan Mata.
