Barcelona youngster, Pedri, has said that he always tries to pass the ball to captain Lionel Messi when he gets it because every time the Argentine touches the ball, something happens.
Pedri, who was called up to the Spain national team for the first time on Monday, said this following Barcelona's 4-1 win over Huesca in the LaLiga at Camp Nou last night.
The 18-year-old also praised Messi for the records he achieved against Huesca.
"To play alongside Leo [Messi] is an absolute joy," Pedri said at a post-match press conference after the game.
"I enjoy going to training every day. "Whenever I get it [ball], I try to pass to him because every time he touches the ball, something happens.
"It's absolutely crazy what he's achieving. He's the best player in the world."
Barcelona will face Real Sociedad in their next fixture in the LaLiga on Sunday.
