Chelsea have confirmed that their midfielder, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, has joined Premier League side, Fulham on loan.
Loftus-Cheek will remain at Fulham until the end of 2020/21 campaign.
The 24-year-old suffered a serious Achilles injury in May 2019 and since then has made only ten appearances for Frank Lampard's side.
Chelsea stated this in a statement through their official website on Monday night.
The statement read: "Ruben Loftus-Cheek has joined Fulham on loan for the 2020/21 campaign.
"The temporary switch will allow the midfielder the chance to play regular top-flight football as he continues to get back to his best following the serious Achilles injury he suffered in May 2019."
Loftus-Cheek scored ten goals in 40 appearances in all competitions, including a maiden Chelsea hat-trick against BATE Borisov in the Europa League.
