Manchester United have confirmed that 24-year-old midfielder, Andreas Pereira, has left the club to join Lazio on a season-long loan.
Man United made this known in a statement via the club's official website on Friday night ahead of their Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
The statement read: "Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira has completed a season-long loan move to Lazio, after passing his medical in Rome.
"The 24-year-old, who joined United's Academy from PSV Eindhoven in 2011, has been allowed to leave Old Trafford following the arrival of Bruno Fernandes in January."
Pereira did not feature for Man United in their first two Premier League games this season.
The Brazilian is down the picking order under manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's squad following the arrivals of Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek.
