Elsewhere on the opening day, there is a London derby between newly-promoted Fulham and Arsenal, while the first Monday fixtures of the season see Brighton host Chelsea and Wolves visit Sheffield United.

Finally on the opening weekend, Crystal Palace meet Southampton, Tottenham take on Everton and Newcastle go to West Ham.

Manchester United and Man City have been given the opening day of the new season off due to their exertions in the 2019/20 European competitions, so their first matches will take place on September 19.
