Rinsola Babajide has signed another two-year contract with Liverpool after she has impressed since joining the club from rivals Watford in 2018.
The 21-year-old has scored a total of eight goals for the club in her 33 appearances in all competitions to finish as the club's top scorer.
Rinsola also bagged the Player of the Month award in January and she is delighted to have renewed her contract with the club for another two years..
"Happy to extend my contract with @LiverpoolFCW and continue our journey, ready to fight to put things right & can't wait to get back to work with the team & play in front of our amazing supporters," the exciting attacker said in a social media post.
Internationally, Rinsola has represented England at U21 level but is still eligible to represent the Super Falcons.
Also, Nigeria's Asisat Oshoala has been named in the Spanish Primera Iberdola team of the season having ended the competition with a remarkable 20 goals.
The 25-year-old was instrumental as her goals helped the Barcelona Ladies clinch the 2019/2020 title for the first time in five years.
Oshoala won her maiden Spanish Primera Iberdrola title with Barcelona Femeni as the country's football body crowned the Catalan club champions following their inability to conclude the season due to deadly coronavirus.
A statement released by the Royal Spanish Football Federation revealed that the body made attempts to wrap up the season but their failure to meet government's on health guidelines compounded their problems.
