Man United youngster Angel Gomes has reportedly ordered his agent to begin discussions with Chelsea over a potential switch to Stamford Bridge.
Gomes is understood to have increasingly grown unsettled at United after discussions over a new deal with the club broke down.
Metro UK reports the teenage sensation will be out of contract with the Red Devils at the end of June after when he will be free to leave for nothing.
It is believed he has already rejected United's offer of a new deal worth around £25,000-a-week that could see him extend his stay at Old Trafford.
Chief among the demands Gomes wants met include assurance of first team football under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, a concern that prompted Chelsea to swoop in.
And to ensure he completes a move to west London, the England starlet has enlisted the help of super-agent Pini Zahavi, who has a long history with Chelsea.
Zahavi is already said to have held talks with Chelsea director Granovskaia over the possible transfer of the talented England Under-20 international.
Gomes has made just six first team appearances this season, a situation that has left him distraught.
