Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand, has said the uncertainty surrounding Paul Pogba's future at the club, is getting in the way of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's rebuilding process.
Ferdinand, speaking on BT Sport, urged United to sort out Pogba's future this summer.
Pogba has been heavily linked with an Old Trafford exit, with Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona believed to be interested in the player.
Ferdinand feels the ongoing transfer speculation is holding United back.
"I think that is a conversation that needs to be happening between Man Utd and Pogba.
"Does he want to stay or go? Does Ole want to keep him? Once that's ironed out you can build your team," Ferdinand said.
