Grand Slam singles champion Serena Williams has taken up a new drill to prepare her for the coming 2020 tennis season.
The 23-time tennis champion has taken up boxing with former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.
The dreaded Tyson on Twitter tweeted about their workout in Boca Raton, Florida, on Wednesday, December 18, sharing their training photo: "Wouldn't want to get in the ring with this GOAT @serenawilliams "
The video shared shows Tyson teaching Williams on punching combinations. He later held the heavy bag as she attacks with hooks and jabs, and shrieks with power.
Williams posted a series of photos from the training session on Instagram with the caption: "Preseason just got really real @miketyson #mouratogloupreseason"
