Current Arsenal interim manager Freddie Ljungberg has told the Gunners' chief to make quick decision on who they want as their next permanent manager this season.
This comes after the North London side were beaten 3-0 at home by reigning Premier League champions Manchester City on Sunday, December 15.
Belgium international Kevin De Bruyne scored brace against Arsenal, while Raheem Sterling netted the other goal in what was a comfortable win for the Citizens.
Since the departure of Unai Emery at the Emirates stadium, Arsenal have been linked with some managers with Mikel Arteta and Mauricio Pochettino among the candidates.
Freddie Ljungberg is now of the opinion that the indecision of Arsenal chiefs over who handles the club permanently is costing the side.
"I've said to them [the board] they need to make a decision.
"We are here to help and the staff are trying to chip in but a decision has to be made so we can have the same resources as other clubs.
"When I say that they say I have to wait and see,''. Freddie Ljungberg explained according to UK Sun.
Arsenal are currently occupying ninth position on the Premier League standings with 22 points after 17 games played this season.
