Freddie Ljungberg who was recently appointed as interim coach of Arsenal has promised the Gunners faithfuls that he will make them smile again this season.
The frustration and anger of all Arsenal fans masterminded the club's decision to fire Unai Emery on Friday afternoon, November 29, before hiring Freddie Ljungberg.
Unai Emery's 18-month reign at Arsenal came to an end after the Gunners suffered a defeat against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League.
Last season, Unai Emery steered Arsenal to the final of the Europa League before losing against Premier League rivals Chelsea.
"However long I oversee Arsenal for I will give everything I have to put smiles on faces again.
"We have a busy few weeks ahead and the team needs your support. Let's get to work,'' he posted on social media.
Arsenal are currently occupying eight position on the Premier League standings with 18 points after 13 games played this season.
