Spanish giants Real Madrid have reportedly stepped up their bid to sign Manchester United star Paul Pogba by offering the Red Devils James Rodriguez, Mariano Diaz and £73m.
Before the start of the ongoing Premier League season, Paul Pogba was linked with a move away from Manchester United with the believe that he would join Real Madrid or Juventus.
But Manchester United chiefs were able to convince him to stay at Old Trafford even though he has not been impressive this season in all competitions.
And according to the report by Mirror, Manchester United will now have to face a difficult fight to keep Paul Pogba at Old Trafford when the January transfer window opens.
Since picking up an ankle injury against Arsenal in September, Paul Pogba has not played for Manchester United after featuring in only five games so far this term in the EPL.
There are also reports that Paul Pogba has refused to return to Manchester United training in a bid to force a move to Real Madrid - although the Frenchman denied the claims on social media.
Real Madrid will make their move in January, and Manchester United could be tempted to sell considering the amount and the addition of two players.
Manchester United are currently occupying ninth position on the Premier League standings with 17 points, while Real Madrid are occupying second position on the La Liga standings with 28 points.
