Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has identified Bayern Munich star, Robert Lewandowski as the only striker that is ahead of Tottenham Hotspur hitman, Harry Kane.
According to Ferdinand, Lewandowski is the best No.9 in the world after he scored four goals in his side's 6-0 victory against Crvena Zvezda in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night, while Kane is an all-round great No.9 after he scored a brace in Tottenham's 4-2 win over Olympiacos last night.
"Kane is somebody who prides himself on goals. He'll know every detail," Rio Ferdinand said on BT Sport.
"This guy, he's always scored goals. What's great about him is he scores every type of goal.
"He scored a header and in the six-yard box today, he can score from 30 yards and he brings other people into the game as well. He's an all-round great No. 9."
Ferdinand added: "Lewandowski is the best No. 9 in the world. I think so."
