Chelsea legend Didier Drogba sent a class message to Tammy Abraham after the striker scored his first goal for England on Thursday.
Abraham continued his scintillating start to the season by scoring England's seventh in their 7-0 mauling of Montenegro at Wembley.
The 22-year-old's struck 12 goals in 20 appearances for club and country this term and has established himself as first choice striker under Frank Lampard.
Drogba knows all too well what it's like to carry the goalscoring burden for a club like Chelsea and he was quick to praise Abraham after his maiden effort for the Three Lions.
Commenting under Chelsea's post to congratulate Abraham, Drogba wrote: Waaw!!!! Tammy Abraham, so proud of you!!! Congrats son'.
Abraham is competing with Harry Kane for a starting berth and the England striker took his tally for his country to 31 with a hat-trick on Thursday.
Nevertheless, with Jamie Vardy in retirement, Abraham is now arguably the second choice central striker and Gareth Southgate will be buoyed by his impact from the bench.
Lampard will be hoping Abraham can continue his hot streak after the international break when Chelsea travel to champions Manchester City at the Etihad.
