Chelsea are currently doing well this season under new manager Frank Lampard even though the Blues started the ongoing Premier League season with a defeat against Manchester United.
But Frank Lampard has been able to change the fortune of the club despite not signing any player since he took over because of the two-year transfer ban imposed on Chelsea.
Young players are also flourishing this term under Frank Lampard as Chelsea currently occupy third position on the Premier League standings.
Before Frank Lampard was given the job at Stamford Bridge, there were talks that Chelsea is bigger than the Englishman based on the fact he only got managerial experience at Derby County.
But Chelsea chiefs gave him the job replacing Maurizio Sarri and they offered him their supports.
Chelsea players have been disciplined this season under Frank Lampard, and it is because of the new fining system brought by the coach.
Some of the fines range from £1,000 for being late to the gym and taking or making a phone call during a team meal.
One that catches the eye is £500 for every minute that a Chelsea player is late to a team meeting.
The most expensive fine on the list rolled out by Frank Lampard is a huge £20,000 fine for players who are late for training at Cobham.
Any player who also fails to travel back with the team's bus or miss any community service will have to pay a fine of £5000.
Agents are also reported not to be allowed to witness Chelsea's training unless permitted by Blues' boss Frank Lampard.
