Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has blocked the process for Argentina international Marcos Rojo to leave the Premier League club in January 2020.
Marcos Rojo was on the verge of leaving Manchester United before the end of last summer transfer, but Everton failed to agree a £25m fee for his signature.
According to the report on UK Sun, Everton are considering making a return for Marcos Rojo when the January transfer window opens.
But the report added that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is not ready to do business with Rojo if he remains Manchester United manager in January.
Rojo still has a two-year deal on his current deal at Manchester United and Ole Solskjaer wants him to stay.
"The manager has been impressed with how Marcos has knuckled down since he almost left for Everton.
"He hasn't moaned about it, Ole knows he is a top defender when he can keep himself fit. He doesn't see anybody available out there in January who could improve on Marcos,'' a United insider explained according to UK Sun.
