Captain America, as fondly called, came to Chelsea in a big money transfer from Borrusia Dortomind as a potential replacement for Hazard who left Stamford Bridge for Real Madrid in a record £150 million switch.
Ironically, while Pulisic has found his form for Blues-netting a perfect hattrick to hand Chelsea a sixth win in a row-Hazard has struggled to replicate his brilliance at Real Madrid in both La Liga and Champions League.
The Belgian talisman has made seven appearances in all competitions since switching side to Real Madrid, scoring a single goal and recording two assists in his 506 minutes.
On the other hands, Pulisic who played 427 minutes in both Premier League and Champions League has bagged three goals and three assists to his name in just four appearances in Blues shirt.
The 21-year-old American, who arrived Chelsea in a massive £58million deal, has scored five goals for Chelsea in total, shaming Hazard on statistics with less than ten games into the new season.
And he has left Roberto Martinez impressed with the Belgian coach describing the American forward as "a very impressive player."
''He is the opposite, when he gets in the box he makes the right call, he can finish with his right, his left, he's a very impressive player," Belgian manager said.
