Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori has stated clearly that Jollof rice and pounded yam are his two best Nigerian meals even though he decided to play for England.
Fikayo Tomori was recently called to the England national team but was on the bench for their last two games against Bulgaria and Czech Republic.
And while speaking with Omasports after Chelsea's Champions League game against Ajax in Amsterdam, Tomori revealed that he chose England because they called him first.
"I enjoy Nigerian music, I'm Nigerian, it's my culture and I'm very proud of it. I enjoy the food too -pounded yam and Jollof rice especially,'' Tomori explained.
Meanwhile, Fikayo Tomori is still eligible to switch allegiance to Nigeria since he has not played any match yet for England.
