Man City manager, Pep Guardiola released a list of 20 players to face Spurs, according to Evening Standard.
Tottenham boss, Mauricio Pochettino released a list of 19 players to tackle Guardiola's men.
Man City head to the game after defeating West Ham United 5-0 in their last Premier League encounter, while Tottenham defeated Aston Villa 3-1.
Man City's provisional squad: Ederson, Bravo, Walker, Cancelo, Stones, Otamendi, Laporte, Zinchenko, Angelino, Gundogan, Fernandinho, Rodri, De Bruyne, D Silva, B Silva, Foden, Sterling, Mahrez, Aguero, Jesus.
Tottenham's provisional squad: Hugo Lloris, Danny Rose, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Davinson Sanchez, Serge Aurier, Kyle Walker-Peters, Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko, Tanguy Ndombele, Eric Dier, Harry Kane, Lucas Moura, Eric Lamela, Christian Eriksen, Victor Wanyama, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, Paulo Gazzaniga and Oliver Skipp.
