New Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard has told the club's hierarchy not to loan out Mason Mount for the upcoming season, the UK Sun reports.
Lampard has officially replaced Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge and wants to give the young stars at the club a chance to make an impact in the first team.
Mount spent last season on loan at Derby County with Lampard and impressed the 41-year-old with his attitude and performances.
He is planning to keep Mount in his Chelsea squad for the new season and has no intention of allowing the 20-year-old to leave on loan once again.
Lampard has also ordered the board to arrange a new contract for Mount and has told the midfielder that he should be aiming to get over 100 caps for England.
