Newly-crowned world champion, Andy Ruiz Jr, will get just £5million, after producing one of the greatest heavyweight upsets in history, against Anthony Joshua at Madison Square Garden.
Ruiz knocked Joshua down four times, forcing a seventh-round stoppage.
But it is the British fighter, who will earn the lions' share of the fight purse.
The dethroned WBA, WBO and IBF champion will take home £20m, after suffering the first defeat of his career.
Ruiz, a late stand-in following Jarrell Miller's failed drugs tests, has proved refreshing and eye-catching in fight week.
However, addressing the press after his fight, Joshua described his defeat as a "minor setback."
"It's a test of character. I'll see what is next and move on," he said.
