Zidane clashes with Perez over Pogba, Eriksen

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has disagreed with the club's president, Florentino Perez over who to sign between Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba and Tottenham's Christian Eriksen.

The Mirror reports that Zidane wants the Los Blancos to sign Pogba this summer, but Perez prefers Eriksen instead of the 2018 World Cup winner.

The report also claimed that Zidane believes he can bring the best out of Pogba, who has labelled Real Madrid as 'a dream for every player'.

The 46-year-old was quoted by the UK newspaper as saying: "If when his experience at United is over and he [Pogba] wants to come why would he not come to Madrid?"

Meanwhile, Zidane, a few days ago disagreed with the club's board over the role of the first-choice goalkeeper and a young back-up next season.

Zidane was told by the club director, Jose Angel Sanchez and Juni Calafat, that they would have a first-choice goalkeeper and a young back-up next season.

The Frenchman has followed the club's wishes, by informing Keylor Navas his future lies elsewhere, in a meeting at their training ground last week.

But he plans to go against the wishes of the club boss, by installing his own son, Luca, as his No.2 instead of youngster Andriy Lunin.
