The Premier League's final round of fixtures will be played this weekend across England.

Liverpool winger, Mohammed Salah, might not get a chance to add to his 22 goals, as he is currently recovering from a head injury he sustained during their 3-2 win over Newcastle.

Arsenal striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is on 20 goals, will be hoping to overtake him, when he faces Burnley at Turf Moor.

Manchester City's Sergio Aguero and Liverpool's Sadio Mane are also on 20 goals.
