What Hazard said about moving to Real Madrid after scoring twice against West Ham

Eden Hazard has reiterated that he will consider his Chelsea future at the end of the season, after being heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Hazard is reportedly one of Zinedine Zidane's top targets for the summer transfer window and has just a year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues could be forced to sell or risk losing their star player for free next year.

Hazard scored twice, as Chelsea beat West Ham 2-0 on Monday night.

During the match, West Ham fans were taunting their Chelsea rivals by singing "he's off to Madrid".

But when asked about the chants after the game, Hazard told Sky Sports: "They are wrong.

"For now I am just focusing on Chelsea until the end of the season.

"I want to finish top four and Europa League, we still have a lot to do and then we will see.

"We are in good momentum. We have won three in a row. For the mentality, it is good to keep going."
