Nigerian singing sensation, Tiwa Savage paid a visit to pupils who were victims of the collapse of a school building in the Ita Faaji area of Lagos Island recently.
The 'Lova Lova' crooner via a tweet on Friday evening revealed that she had visited the Lagos Island General hospital, were some of the survivors of the unfortunate incident were receiving treatment.
Apparently, the terrible incident threw the nation into mourning after news involving 12 young school children having their lives cut short in the collapse hit the internet.
Tiwa, in her tweet hailed the hospital staff for a job well done as she revealed the children she saw weren't in critical conditions but they were getting better.
"The one in Lagos island, it was heartbreaking but have to give it to the staff there. They are really working hard and the children I saw were not in critical condition. All were getting better."
