Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has been in hot form for his Premier League outfit recently after scoring six goals in the last three appearances in all competitions.
The Belgian after netted his third consecutive brace in the Red Devils 3-1 win over Paris Saint Germain this week and propel his side to the quarterfinal stage of the tourney.
His feat also saw him equal the goals scoring record Cristiano Ronaldo set while at Old Trafford over a decade ago.
Daily Mail however reports that change in diet for the 25-year-old is the main reason for his rejuvenation at the club.
Reports from United camp reveals Lukaku has been trying to shed wait since the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last December.
Having being heavily criticised by the club supporters for low productivity in the first half of the season.
It is now understood that the Russia 2018 bronze winning striker has dumped his heavier pre-match meals for an omelette before his last three matches.
The former Chelsea and Everton forward ended his nine games goal drought when he scored twice against Crystal Palace.
And then the run continued against Southampton before producing a masterclass performance to power his side to 3-1 win over PSG - scoring two goals in the process.
Lukaku however have a chance to beat Ronaldo's record if he continues in his form when United battle Arsenal in a super Sunday Premier League clash.
The Red Devils already beat the Gunners this year, when they dumped Unai Emery's men out of the FA Cup in their 3-1 win at the Emirates in January.
Solskjaer while reacting to the resurgence of the Belgian said: "We need Rom facing the goal and not with his back to it.
"He's been asked to play wide a few times and provide more chances but now he's more in and around the box .
"We played with two up against PSG - him and Marcus Rashford - and they might form a nice partnership. I wouldn't like to be a defender with those two running at me."
