Rejuvenated Man United star reveals the difference between working with Mourinho and Solkjaer

Romelu Lukaku, has finally acknowledged Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's huge influence in Manchester United's new-found hot form.

The Red Devils have collected eight wins from eight matches since the arrival of Solskjaer as club boss back in December, maintaining a 100 per cent winning streak.

The Norwegian tactician replaced Jose Mourinho who was axed after guiding United to a string of poor results including a 3-1 embarrassing defeat to rivals Liverpool in the Premier League.

Speaking moments after being named Man of the Match in Friday night's, January 25, FA Cup fourth round victory over Arsenal, Lukaku took time to contrast Solskjaer's stint at the club and Mourinho's reign.

The Belgian star conceded the Norwegian tactician has turned around United's fortunes, disclosing that he has instilled confidence in the dressing room.

"There is a lot of belief. The manager gives confidence to everyone. You know when you are going to play and when you're not going to play," he said.

"When you play you know why and when you don't he tells you why not and that's the big difference," he added.

On the growing competition for his role up-front, Lukaku observed that he was happy about it, adding that everything is about team-work.

The 25-year-old played a pivotal part in United's win at the Emirates, crucially setting up two goals as the Old Trafford outfit marched to a 3-1 victory.
