Chelsea are set to sign Gonzalo Higuain and Leandro Paredes, while Alvaro Morata is expected to leave the Premier League club in the next 24 hours.
Argentina international Higuain spent the first-half of this season on loan at AC Milan but is preparing to jet into London on Friday to complete his loan move to the Blues.
Maurizio Sarri, who has been desperate to sign a striker to replace the out of favour Morata, hopes to have Higuain in his squad for Saturday's London derby against Arsenal.
Higuain looks set to sign a six-month loan deal at Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea able to extend his stint in the English capital by a further a year if they so desire.
If Higuain's move goes through before midday on Friday, he will be eligible to feature against Arsenal the following day. If not, he could make his debut in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final against Tottenham.
Chelsea reportedly agreed the loan deal with Juventus on Wednesday and Higuain's arrival will trigger Morata's departure.
Spain striker Morata cost Chelsea £60million in 2017 but he failed to win over first Antonio Conte and more recently fellow Italian boss Sarri.
The 26-year-old, who has scored 24 goals in 72 games for the Blues, will join Atletico Madrid on Friday for around £28m, according to the Daily Express.
It is claimed Chelsea are also making progress on a £31m deal for Leandro Paredes, the Argentine midfielder who has impressed for Zenit Saint Petersburg over the past two years.
Sarri is a known admirer of Paredes, 24, and has been keen to sign a midfielder since Cesc Fabregas was allowed to join Thierry Henry's Monaco earlier in the month.
Chelsea have already completed one deal in January, signing United States international Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund for almost £60m.
