Floyd Mayweather has taken to the social media to flaunt his latest earnings after knocking out Japanese kick-boxer, Tenshin Nasukawa, in less than three minutes of their scheduled nine-minute exhibition fight in Tokyo.

The undefeated boxer, who came out of retirement for the bout, uploaded videos of bundles of Japanese Yen in his car after pocketing $9m dollars for his win over Nasukawa.

Although the 41-year-old Mayweather was not in top shape but he proved too hot to handle for the 21-year-old Nasukawa at the Saitama Super Arena.

The bout which was strictly on boxing rule without referees saw the Japanese kick-boxer suffer three knockdowns in 120 seconds before his trainer ended the contest ended.

Nasukawa was left in tears after the fight as Mayweather tried consoling him inside the 37,000-seater arena with a big smile.

Interestingly, the Japanese fighter had won all his 32 combat sports contests, and Mayweather insists he is still as champions despite knocking him out.

"We are both still undefeated, I did this to entertain the fans in Japan, they wanted this to happen and I said why not, Tenshin is still a great champion, I am still retired.

"Tenshin hold your head up high, I want the fans to support him, he's a great guy, a great fighter and great champion," he submitted.

Mayweather's last fight was a $100m pay-day against UFC star Conor McGregor in August 2017.
