Chelsea earned a crucial 1-0 victory at Crystal Palace thanks to N'Golo Kante's strike but it looks like the three points came at a price.
Blues frontman Olivier Giroud picked up a nasty looking ankle injury in the second-half in a game which also saw Willian get a knock.
Giroud, 32, was caught late by James Tomkins after firing the ball into the roof of the net - a goal that was ruled out for offside - and came off after having treatment.
And the World Cup winner was pictured leaving the ground on crutches by Belgian journalist Kristoff Terreur.
This could be a precautionary measure taken by the club but Chelsea fans will be hoping it does not lead to a lengthy Giroud absence as Maurizio Sarri could then be forced to start the unreliable Alvaro Morata up top.
